    Returns

    You may return your trailer or product within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

    • In its original condition

    • Unused and unmodified

    • Free from damage (excluding manufacturer defects)

    • Returned with all original paperwork and accessories

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [your email or phone number] to receive a Return Authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days.

    Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the trailer type and condition upon return. Custom trailers are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
